What Do We Need?
Sponsors
We have a number of sponsorship opportunities available to support the Graham Hill Auction. We are looking for Presenting, Patron, Supporting and "Friends of Graham Hill" Sponsors. Auction Items
We need donations for the silent and live auctions. These donations are essential to the success of our auction and the proceeds directly support enrichment programs for students at Graham Hill Elementary.
If you would like to make a donation you can download the donation form or pick one up at the school. The deadline for submitting donations is March 4, 2011. Please bring your donations to the school or contact Beth Jacoby to have your donation picked up.
Some ideas for donations include:
-Gift Certificates (restaurants, stores, salons etc.)
-Travel Experiences (hotel, cruise, popular destinations etc.)
-Services (massage, plumber, landscape architect etc.)
-Electronic Items and Toys
-Cooking Experiences (host a dinner party at your home, a lesson on how to make your “specialty” or deliver goodies once a month to a family)
-Craft Items (hand-made quilt, baby blanket, scrapbook etc.)
-Lessons (ski, language, sailing, golf etc.)
-Experiences and Activities (an afternoon on your boat, a weekend at your cabin, host a group of kids for a specific event)
Advertisers
We are looking for individuals, families and companies to advertise in the auction catalog to offset the cost of production and printing. Individuals and families can purchase advertising to display their own message and companies can advertise their products/services and even promotional offers.
